Authority and service authorisation

By accepting these Terms when booking, you confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorised by its owner to request the work. You authorise REZ Headlight Restorations to perform the booked exterior headlight restoration on that vehicle.

Service scope

The service is an exterior restoration of the lens surface of suitable polycarbonate headlights. It may include cleaning, surface preparation, multi-stage sanding, machine polishing and ceramic UV protective coating.

Limitations and results

Exterior restoration does not repair internal haze, condensation or deterioration, failed seals, electrical faults or lighting components, broken mounts, or cracked, crazed or structurally damaged lenses and housings. Deep scratches, severe pitting and other permanent or pre-existing damage may remain. Results depend on the starting condition of each lens; a factory-new appearance is not promised. REZ may decline or stop work if restoration is unsuitable. Any specific limitations identified at inspection will be discussed before work proceeds.

Protective coating and aftercare

The ceramic UV protective coating is marketed for up to three years of protection, but this is not a guaranteed service life. Actual longevity varies with environment, UV exposure, storage, washing, maintenance and starting lens condition. Follow the aftercare instructions supplied for your service.

Booking, payment and cancellation

Requesting a quote does not create a booking. After discussing and agreeing the service, appointment and price with you, REZ creates and confirms your booking. No standard booking deposit is required. The agreed service price, any service discount and any travel charge are shown in your booking confirmation. The full agreed balance is payable on completion unless otherwise expressly agreed.

Online cancellation and rescheduling are subject to the booking's change cutoff (normally 24 hours before the appointment). Contact REZ if online changes are no longer available. Cancelling a booking does not automatically issue a refund or determine refund entitlement; applicable booking conditions and Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply.

Mobile service

Please provide lawful access to the vehicle at the agreed location and a safe place to work. Weather or site conditions may affect whether mobile work can proceed.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Australian Consumer Law. Service limitations describe the scope of exterior restoration and do not remove those rights.

Optional photo permission

Agreeing to service Terms does not grant permission to use your photos for marketing. Any marketing permission is optional and recorded separately.
