Website & Service Terms

Last updated: 16 August 2026

These terms cover use of this website and general information about the REZ Headlight Restorations service. Booking-specific conditions, including any cancellation or payment requirements, should be shown in the booking system before the customer confirms an appointment.

Service scope

The standard REZ service is an external headlight lens restoration for suitable polycarbonate headlights. It is intended to address external oxidation, haze and surface deterioration through resurfacing, machine finishing and protective coating.

Not every defect is restorable

External restoration does not repair cracked lenses or housings, failed seals, internal condensation, internal lens deterioration, damaged reflectors, electrical faults, failed lighting components or other structural/internal defects. REZ may decline or stop work where restoration is not suitable.

Results

Results depend on the starting condition of each lens. Restoration can significantly improve suitable externally oxidised lenses, but it cannot guarantee a factory-new appearance where permanent pitting, cracking, internal deterioration or other non-surface damage remains.

Protection longevity

The ceramic UV protective coating used by REZ is marketed for up to three years of protection. Actual longevity varies with UV exposure, vehicle storage, environmental conditions, washing, maintenance and lens condition.

Mobile service

The customer is responsible for providing lawful access to the vehicle at the agreed location and ensuring the vehicle can be worked on safely. Weather or site conditions may affect whether mobile work can proceed.

Website information

REZ aims to keep website information accurate. Service details, availability and operating areas may change. The booking information shown at the time of booking should be treated as the current appointment information.
