Once the appointment is secured with the $30 deposit, the rest of the process is designed to stay simple.
Complete consent
Before the restoration begins, complete the native Customer Service & Photo Consent form at rezheadlights.com.au/consent.
REZ comes to you
Have the vehicle available at the booked location. REZ arrives fully mobile with the equipment needed for the restoration.
Restore & protect
The headlights are inspected, prepared, resurfaced, machine-polished and finished with Headlight Magic ceramic UV protection.
Final check & payment
After the result is checked, the exact remaining balance is paid securely through Stripe or recorded as cash, followed by your approved aftercare guidance.
Before your appointment
Very little is required from you.
REZ is set up as a genuinely mobile service. Your job is mainly to have the vehicle available when we arrive.
Have the vehicle ready
Please have the vehicle available at the booked home or suitable location so REZ can access the headlights when the appointment begins.
No water or power needed
You do not need to provide a water connection or electrical power. REZ brings the equipment needed to complete the restoration.
Weather is handled sensibly
Sunny conditions are fine — REZ brings its own shade. If rain makes the restoration unsuitable to complete properly, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
